Large but cosy old style pub, nice grub, but a tad expensive, probably due to the copious portion sizes. Lighting a little too bright in the area we sat. Friendly staff and a good selection at the bar.

Only recently rediscovered this place. Have enjoyed both visits. Loved the pork belly. Generous portions. Couldn't eat everything. Some of the table for 2's arent positioned well and so the sense of atmosphere is diminished but it's good value food with that home cooked feel and great value for money. Not a very romantic setting.
